Why this became HNTP, HNW and ALSM

Information alone was never enough.

Across clinical care, teaching, workplace health and professional education, one pattern kept returning: lasting change needed more than a prescription, a diet chart or a single motivational session. It required an understanding of the whole person and steady support in everyday life. HNTP was created to build that capability in professionals, HNW to translate it into supported action, and ALSM to keep the learning community growing.
